[Published August 26, 2020] – Voting and Candidates

On Saturday August 29 at our Annual Meeting, those lot owners of record will have the opportunity to vote for 2 open director roles on the ULWS HOA Board of Directors. Per the ULWSA Bylaws, each Member shall be entitled to one vote for each Lot owned. Ballots will be handed out to owners at the Headwaters as owners enter the meeting.

There are three candidates for the two open director positions. In alphabetical order they are Aaron Coleman, Jim Good, and Chris Rodkey

[Published July 11, 2020] – Association Annual Meeting.

The Upper Little Warm Spring Association (for the Upper Little Warm Spring Creek Subdivision) Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00am at the Headwaters Art and Conference Center. The meeting is a private meeting for lot owners who own lots within the Upper Little Warm Springs Creek Subdivision. The agenda items include, Approval of association minutes for the prior year, discussion of the Association financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2020, Voting for two board positions, Roads Maintenance, Firewise info, and committee’s reports.

Covid-19 rules in effect on the meeting date will be followed.

Regarding the election of two Board Members:

The Upper Little Warm Springs Association will hold an election for two board members at the annual meeting August 29th. If you would like to run for one of the two positions you must submit in writing your name and lots owned in the subdivision by July 31, 2020 to the Upper Little Warms Springs Association, P.O. Box 692, Dubois, WY 82513.

There will be no write in candidates.

ULWS owners, grading was done last month. More info on this at the annual meeting. Please attend and bring your road questions if you have any.
